Chica Girl Embarrassing Moments- December Mega Awesome Issue!

            When I was a freshman in high school, I was friends with some upperclassmen. They would always talk about how they would go to clubs and dance the night away. I was pretty bummed because I was still too young to get into the clubs in my city. One day my friends said they would find a way to sneak me in.

            I told my mom that I was studying over at my friend ‘Jenny’s’ house. My friends picked me up and took me to their favorite hot spot. I changed in the gas station. I looked so good that I could almost pass for 18! I was so excited; I was finally going to go to my first club.

            My friends snuck me in and I got these HUGE “Xs” on my hands in permanent marker. Despite looking like a tick, tack, toe game I had a blast.

            I got home pretty late for a school night, and had to sneak into my house. When my mom woke me up in the morning she saw these big marks on my hands and started to ask me so many questions. She had caught me in a hardcore lie and I was grounded. She didn’t let me hang out with my upperclassmen friends for a long-time.

            Even worse, I could not wash those marks off my hands for days! It was so bad that I even got some marker on my face from sleeping on my hands. It was pretty embarrassing to walk through school with black marks everywhere and all my teachers looked at me like I was a really bad kid.  

At my school we have like five minutes between classes to use the restrooms before we get to class. Once after I used the restroom, I tucked in my shirt and stuff and ran out of there to get to class before the bell.

While I was hurrying in the halls I could hear people laughing at me. My best friend ran up behind me and whispered in my ear that I had tucked my skirt into my underwear. Everyone could totally see my underpants! I was so embarrassed! Luckily I didn’t walk into class that way!

Every girl has seen those movies when the girl walks down the stairs to meet her boyfriend and they have a romantic moment. On prom night, when my boyfriend went to pick me up, I attempted to recreate that ‘classic’ movie moment. I was walking down the stairs and we made eye contact, my heart was beating fast and I could tell he liked me. That was until I caught my heel on my dress and tripped! I fell right on my butt and slid down the stairs. He just started laughing out loud! I was blushing so hard and I was trying to play it off but he could tell I was really embarrassed. So much for a classic moment!

When my boyfriend and I started dating I really didn’t know too much about his family. One day while we were at the movies, he stepped out to use the restroom before the previews started. I noticed that he left his cell phone on the seat, so I picked it up and held on to it. It stated to buzz and I saw that he had a text message. I knew that I should probably not look at it but I was curious. When I opened it up, I saw that it was a message from Lisa and it said, “Yeah, you know I love you too! I can’t wait to see you.” I was so furious; I caught him cheating on me! When he came back I threw some popcorn in his face and told him that I caught him texting his other girlfriend. He was really confused, and asked me if I was snooping in his phone. By that time the whole theater was looking at us. I admitted looking at his phone and showed him the message. When he read it, he started laughing, “That is my sister! She is coming home from out-of-town!” I couldn’t believe how jealous I was; I felt really bad.

Me and my mom were shopping after Thanksgiving and decided to look at some gifts for ourselves. We went to the department stores and took a bunch of clothes into the dressing rooms. She got the changing room close to the mirrors and I was on the far end opposite of her. After I went to show her how a dress looked I decided to do a model walk-off down the hallway of the dressing rooms. As I was doing my best strut I pushed open a door and walked in to what I thought was MY dressing room. All I heard was a girl scream, I had just walked in on another girl changing. It was so awkward; I apologized and backed out of the changing room. I didn’t even want to try on any more clothes after that; I was afraid the girl would try to get me back. Plus my mom wouldn’t stop making fun of me.
