1. When taking a shower, don’t let the water hit you directly on the top
of your head. This will damage your hair and it leads to hair lose on top. 2. Try not to wear a tight pony tails. It leads into thinning hair. 3. At night DO NOT sleep with anything in your hair. No rubber
bands! No clips! When you do this it doesn’t allow your hair to breathe. 4. Use professional shampoos and conditioners as frequently as possible. It protects
your hair from damage. Whether you have dry hair, frizzy hair, damaged hair, color treated hair, or fine hair, there are perfect solutions guaranteed to help keep your hair healthy.
(You can find many of these products at most salons). 5. You should trim your hair every 4-6 weeks. This prevents split ends. 6. When using your flat iron, make sure that the plates on the iron are
ceramic. Using a metal or ceramic coated iron will damage your
hair. 7. If you color your hair make sure and retouch it ever 4-6 weeks. If you have highlights in your hair you should retouch them every 6-8 weeks. It also depends if you have both color and highlights or just highlights. Roots can make your hair look oily so always touch up your roots. 8. Use a Thermal Protectant Spray (you can find this spray at a professional salon near you) when using a curling iron or flat iron. It helps the curl last longer and stay smoother. Plus it has conditioners in it to protect your hair from the harsh heat of the irons. 9. Remember to use a Treatment at least once a week even if you don’t have chemicals in your hair. BODY1. When you feel that your skin is getting rough use a pumice stone to take off the dead skin. Do not rub too hard. Otherwise, you could end up hurting your skin.2. When getting out of the shower, don’t put socks on your feet until they are completely dry.3. When you have a pimple, don’t pop it. From my own experience—and trust me it really works—try using mustard or toothpaste overnight to dry it out.4. After taking a shower, put lotions and creams on after you are completely dry.5. It’s cold this winter so make sure and keep your skin hydrated.
