FALL HAIR TIPS
By: Nastassia "Tasha" Romero

*It’s time to go dark!  If your hair is too light you need to go darker. Dark brown and red colors are this season’s must. If you are nervous about your hair being too dark, you can add some low-lutes.  Remember change is good!

*Bobs are back!  Plus they make everyone look good.  If you don't like short hair, you can always get a long bob.

*My top shampoo & conditioners...
Dry hair - Redken All Soft
Oily hair - Nioxin #1
Thick hair - Paul Mitchell Super Skinny
Thin hair - Tigi Bedhead Superstar
Damaged hair - Tigi Catwalk Oatmeal & Honey

*Taking vitamins helps your hair and nails grow faster.

*Did you know that your hair and nails are made of the same material called keratin?

*If you have blonde highlights or blonde hair I recommend a purple or violet shampoo.  It helps prevent brassiness and makes the blonde vibrant.

MAKE UP TIPS
*For Fall and winter:
Dark lipstick is in. Burgundy, dark reds, purples, and dark browns.
Remember if the color doesn't match well with your skin tone don't use it.

*Fake eyelashes are in.  They are great to wear anytime.
Wear natural lashed during the day and to work and wear thick lashes at night.

*If you wear foundation, use one that has SPF in it.  It is better for your skin.

*If your eye make-up is dramatic don't use a bright lip-gloss or lipstick.

SKIN TIPS
*When sweating use a cloth or napkin.  When you use your arm or hand the oils may make your skin break out.

*I recommend using regular Bar Soap when washing your face-less chemicals.

*Use a lotion that has SPF in it.  You want to protect your skin and prevent skin cancer.

*If you have rough elbows and knees, use half of a lemon and rub it on the area for about 5 minutes for a week and you will see the difference.

*If you have rough feet, before you go to sleep at night get an old pair of socks and put lotion on your feet and sleep with the socks on.  It will help keep the moisture in and soften your feet.

*When you have a pimple, apply mustard or tooth paste to it for about 5 minutes. It has helped mine go away without leaving a scar.

*Use the white of an egg to clean and whiten your skin.

NAIL TIPS
*Always apply a clear nail hardener polish to your nail so that it makes them shinny and strengthens them.

*Try and get a manicure at least once a month. It helps keep over grown cuticles clean.

*This Fall and winter, use dark polish, like burgundy, maroons, purples, and browns.
